VARODRY is a dry-compressing vacuum pump capable of evacuating containers in the rough vacuum range. The pump is powered by a 3-phase network on the motor terminal board and operates directly from the mains. Because it is air-cooled, it needs very little maintenance.
Applications
VARODRY pump is designed for use in light and medium industries applications. Although the pumps can handle small quantities of liquids and dust, it is recommended to use liquid traps or inlet filters. Even if the exhaust port is connected to an exhaust pipework, they are not sealed completely and may occasionally leak a small amount of pushed gases into the surrounding air. Within the limits of the vapour tolerance, they are suitable for pumping water steam or other vapours. The pump can be operated cyclically within the suction pressure range of 0.1 mbar to 1200 mbar and used continuously within this range.
