Turbomolecular vacuum pumps (TURBOVAC) are utilized in applications that demand a clean high or ultrahigh vacuum, such as research, development, and industry like semiconductors, analytical instrumentation, and coating technology.

The TURBOVAC i pumps come with two interface options.

  • The first option is the standard interface, which includes RS485, USB, and Digital I/O connections, three status LEDs, and the ability to manage one accessory.
  • The second option is the Anybus interface, which provides full field bus functionality and can be upgraded to IP54 water and dust protection.
