The THERMOVAC TM 101 is a digital compact device that combines high-quality sensor technology and advanced process technologies in one convenient package. It can function as a datalogger, saving pressure data during the measurement, and has a simple transfer system to a PC via USB. The THERMOVAC TM 101 can measure a pressure range of 1200 to 5 x 10-4 mbar (900 to 3.75 x 10-4 Torr) (7 decades) using a piezo-resistive pressure sensor for the higher range and a Pirani sensor for the lower range. Beyond pressures of 15 mbar (11.25 Torr), the THERMOVAC TM 101 measures are independent of the kind of gas. The device has an extraordinarily extended battery life that makes it noteworthy.
