Product Description
RUVAC WH : SKU – 167189V- RUVAC WH 700
There are two distinct motor options for the RUVAC WH 700 pump, which are as follows:
- Mains power at 50/60 Hz.
- The frequency converter operates at 20-120 Hz.
The RUVAC WHU pump has an integrated pressure balance line connecting the intake and discharge flanges with a spring-loaded pressure balance valve. This valve functions with both horizontal and vertical flow. If the difference in pressure between the flanges is too high, the valve opens. In RUVAC WHU pumps, a portion of the gas that has been pushed is returned to the intake flange via a line. These pumps have been designed with quick atmospheric cycling in mind and should be used with a suitable roughing pump for load lock applications to achieve short pumpdown times. At atmospheric pressure, the RUVAC WHU pump can be turned on with a backing pump. This results in an increase in the combined pumping speed of the pumps at high intake pressures.
Advantages
- Improved process gas throughput with faster rotational speed.
- Reduced pump downtime by starting at atmospheric pressure and increasing pumping speed as pressure drops.
- Ensures high operational reliability by matching pump parameters to their thermal limit.
- Easy electrical integration through digital and analog interfaces; industrial bus systems are optional.
- Power savings through optimized motor utilization at the operating point.
- Energy savings by reducing the speed during standby operation.
- Flexible matching to the requirements of your specific vacuum application.
- Pump protection in the event of a cooling water failure through processing the signal of a thermal sensor.
